1. Dry Brush
Dry brushing regularly has transformed my skin, it's energizing, reduces cellulite, helps with lymphatic drainage and lifts dead skin so your products or tan apply beautifully. I like to do this for a 5-10 mins before showing. If you work it into your routine 3-4 times a week it will transform you.
2. Find The Right Shower Gel
I love to use bar soap from time to time, but it can be very drying and using a creamy and nourishing bodywash or shower oil helps pamper your skin and uplift your mood. I love uplifting or soothing scents like rose, grapefruit or bergamot. If you have any skin concerns like acne or uneven skin tone, choose products that help you tackle those, I have dry skin so I love something nourishing.
3. Body Oil
Post-shower you want to immediately apply your body oil on damp skin. This is a great point if you have time to do a little body gua sha to help you debloat.
4. Lock in With Lotion
Seal in your body oil using a body lotion to help lock in all that hydration. Following these four steps transformed my skin, leaving it super soft and feeling beautiful.
5. Body Glow
To take things to the next level, you can use a self-tan, or glow enhancing body lotion and then layer your favourite body shimmer over the top.
